Since TurnPost was first launched over ten years ago, we have constantly strived to source our materials from suppliers with sustainable credentials.
We only use solid Ash timbers, which are finished in waterborne stains and plant-based oils, avoiding harsh solvent-based products. Our finished beds are now wrapped in reusable blankets for transportation, a move away from plastic bubble wrapping.
We are innovators in the bed upholstery market by eliminating the use of chemically produced foam from our upholstered beds and headboards.
We are now using Woolkeepers wool, a fully traceable British wool which has been crafted in Yorkshire into an eco-friendly foam alternative. As well as its renewable credentials and soft handle, the wool is naturally flame retardant.
